Located in One of Alaska’s Premier Exploration Districts
Golden Summit is located in Alaska and is one of North America’s largest undeveloped gold resources. Alaska has been a focus of mineral exploration since the gold rush era, with over a century of significant discoveries. Today, it remains a proven gold-producing region, with six operating lode mines generating approximately 750,000 ounces annually and more than 150 active placer operations. Ranked #1 globally for mineral potential by the Fraser Institute.

Geological Overview
Main units: The property is underlain by (1) Fairbanks Schist, (2) eclogite-bearing schist of the Chatanika Terrane, and (3) post-metamorphic intrusive rocks.
- Structure & metamorphism: Fairbanks Schist and Chatanika Terrane rocks experienced regional metamorphism; Chatanika Terrane overlies the Fairbanks Schist across/adjacent to the Chatanika Thrust Fault.
- Intrusives: Intrusive bodies postdate metamorphism and are mostly poorly exposed, recognized largely in drilling/trenches and as small granitic dikes. The Dolphin gold-bearing stock contains five intrusive phases (granodiorite, tonalite, granite porphyry, rhyolite–rhyodacite porphyry, rare mafic dikes) with evidence for multiple intrusive/alteration pulses.
- Host lithologies (Fairbanks Schist): Dominantly quartz mica schist and quartzite, with amphibolite, chlorite schist, calc-schist, hornfels, and marble; metamorphic grade ranges from lower greenschist to amphibolite facies.
- Cleary Sequence: Three sub-units—~140 m lower mafic metavolcanics; ~90 m middle quartzite/quartz schists; ~75 m upper similar but with interlayered marble and minor garnet schist—locally capped by ≤15 m sulphide-bearing marble, which generally carries lower gold than siliceous rocks.
- Geometry/controls: The Dolphin stock is about 500 m x 1,000+ m; its SE margin may be tectonically bounded by a SW-striking sinistral fault, and it remains open to the south and at depth.

Chatanika Terrane
Intrusive Rocks
Five intrusive phases within the Dolphin stock, including:
- Fine-to medium-grained, equigranular to weakly porphyritic biotite granodiorite
- Fine- to medium-grained, equigranular to weakly porphyritic hornblende-biotite tonalite
- Fine-grained biotite granite porphyry
- Fine-grained biotite rhyolite to rhyodacite porphyry
- Rare fine-grained, chlorite-altered mafic dike.
